My dear friend Rupert is reading Monday night and she wants to invite people to Capricious. So come say hi if you want, it'll be a tea party too!

Wieden+Kennedy Storytime
Oh! There is one more thing I wanted to tell you about---then I will shut up about my news and post some other things.
Wieden+Kennedy started a radio program and one segment called Storytime focuses on short stories. Seems like a fun idea; you can listen to stories on podcast...Here is a link to the one I did with them, "Frog Hole '08" dedicated to my favorite frog pond in the Catskills. This talented sound engineer, Jason Roark, laid a frog-chirp soundtrack behind the reading and I really like what he did!

Good looking lit journals
I'm not planning on posting each time I have fiction coming out in a journal, so don't worry! But there are two upcoming that I'm pretty excited about.
The Lifted Brow is from Australia:

and Here and Noun is from Canada:

What journals are you into these days? I'm on a quest to discover the good new ones...

I'm reading to celebrate the release of Sweet Tomb and the publisher, Sumanth, is traveling in from Boston to read with me. It should be an interesting event!
